Rated as Cromwell's number two thing to do by tripadvisor there is more to do than just picking cherries. Picnic areas, garden games, real fruit ice creams, and play areas for the kids, families can come and enjoy a full day out at the cherry orchard.
Located at 216 Ripponvale Road, Cromwell in Central Otago as soon as you enter cromwell. We are proud to offer you our beautiful crunchy and delicious cherries which you can pick until your heart is content. On arrival you’ll be met by our friendly staff. You will then have the opportunity to wander into the orchard where you will be shown how and where to pick twenty two varieties of white and dark cherries at Cheeki Cherries. PYO Apricots, Peaches and Nectarines are also available. Its a great all family activity with parents and children alike being able to pick together. You can let the kids loose to play area as you have a picnic under the trees. A food and coffee cart will also be available over the peak season. Dogs are welcome but must must be kept on a lead.
