As each fruit is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please contact us via our website form to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
If you are not happy with your order we ask that you make contact with us the same day you receive your order, so we may quickly assist you with your request.
To assist us in quality control, we ask for photos of bad or damaged fruit. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh fruit to you if the original fruit is disposed of or images are unavailable.
When a resolution is resolved refunds are will be made immediately and can take up to 10 working days to process depending on the bank you use.
